Britcar Endurance - Brands Hatch Indy
Well, where do I start with this one? All was going so well during the morning’s running. A rain shower was forecast right in the middle of the first Britcar race leading to high anticipation as to who would come out on top.
Unfortunately, we never got to see that race. The race prior claimed the life of a volunteer marshall down at Paddock Hill Bend, canceling the day’s activities whilst investigations were carried out.
Having been stood right behind the incident when it occurred, I was shocked by the tragic news that followed later that evening. A bad day for British Motorsport.
